Follow these conditions of acceptance to receive your Titan Deck rebate:

1. Purchase any amount of Titan Deck product from a Guy C Lee location between May 17th, 2024 and July 31^st, 2024.
2. Completion of all information on submission form is required
3. Include a copy of the paid invoice/bill of sale showing the amount of Titan Deck purchased and the amount paid
   1. Invoices must be received with your completed rebate application by August 15, 2024 to be eligible. Invoices submitted beyond this time frame are subject to rejection. Invoices submitted must clearly show a dealer name, date of purchase, quantity purchased, and description of items purchased. We will not accept packing slips, pick tickets, sales reports, sales quotes or credit memos as proof of purchase for rebate payouts.
   2. Titan Deck may work with Guy C. Lee location to verify purchase amount
      1. In the event product is returned and a credit issued to contractor rebate amount may be lowered.
   3. Rebate program is strictly for Titan Deck purchases only
   4. Submit your rebate redemption online or by mail
      1. Contractor can print out online form and mail to address below along with copies of paid invoices. Please consider mailing in a traceable format

Please allow up to 45 days processing for online submissions and 8 weeks for mailed-in submissions from time of receipt. Payment can take up to an additional 2 weeks.

Rebate paid in USD for and will be paid in the form of a rebate check. Rebates are paid solely based on the volume of purchases and at an amount that is dependent on the product, By submitting a redemption form, participants acknowledge that the amount of the rebate paid is not determined by any other factor.

Voyager Industries/Titan Deck retains the right to reverse any overpayment that may be a result of duplicate submissions, incorrect rebate calculations, or for any other reason.

Voyager Industries/Titan Deck reserves the right to change or cancel the rebate program at any time, including modifying these Terms & Conditions.
